As part of my UAL Extended Diploma, one of the units involved creating a costume and working through the process from research to a final photoshoot. Inspired by my Scottish heritage, I created a tartan ballgown. It featured several layers of skirts in purple and greens, hand painted tartan on the bodice and skirt panel as well as a decorative shoulder piece with a hair and makeup look to bring the piece together.
